1. Concrete Sealer

Silicate base concrete sealers penetrate into the surface of the concrete where they chemically react below the surface to form a permanent calcium silicate hydrate (CSH) barrier within the pores. Once cured, the CSH barrier will reduce the size of the concrete pores and increase the surface strength by up to 45%. By reducing the size of the pores, the movement of sub-surface water and moisture through the pores is also reduced. Concrete sealed with a silicate concrete sealer will be more resistant to dusting and deterioration caused by weak concrete or surface abrasion.

Silicate Concrete sealer need to be diluted with water before applying to concrete. While silicate concrete sealers are used to seal virtually all types of concrete, silicate sealers have a larger molecule and are commonly used on porous concrete.

Silicate concrete sealers are not to be confused with water repellent sealers. Silicate concrete sealers increase the strength and density of the concrete, but they don't reduce water absorption on the surface.

2. Concrete Hardner & Densifier

DWC concrete hardeners and Densifiers penetrate deep into concrete surfaces and chemically react to form a permanent CSH structure within the pores that can't be removed or broken down. DWC Densifiers will increase the strength and density of concrete by up to 45%, reduce the movement of water and moisture through the pores, and reduce concrete dusting. DWC concrete hardeners and Densifiers can be applied to virtually all types of interior and exterior concrete surfaces, and can also be used as part of the polishing process.

Popular applications for DWC hardeners and Densifiers include basement walls and floors, garage floors, retail floors, warehouse floors, kennels, concrete driveways, and more. DWC densifiers and hardeners work entirely below the surface and won't change the look or color of the concrete.

3. Concrete Water Repllement Sealer

DWC water repellent concrete sealers are designed to penetrate through the surface and chemically react within the pores to form a long-lasting hydrophobic barrier that will release surface water absorption by up to 95%. Water repellent sealers will not change the look or color of the surface, and they won’t leave behind a visible surface film. Surfaces sealed with a water repellent penetrating concrete sealer become more resistant to snow and ice, road salts, staining, mold and mildew, and efflorescence.

4. Concrete Weather Gaurd

WEATHER-GUARD is a siloxane penetrating sealer designed specifically for the treatment of masonry materials and concrete surfaces. WEATHER-GUARD protects concrete and masonry surfaces from the effects of exterior exposure and weathering. WEATHER-GUARD penetrates deep into the surface pores and reacts chemically to provide a durable, long lasting barrier against water and salt intrusion. This level of protection can substantially reduce the damaging effects of freeze/thaw cycling, precipitation, acid rain, efflorescence, and dust/dirt degradation.
